Mission
Our bureau is organised in co-operation with Estonian Energy Research Institute and is based on technical expertise of energy scientists where we are using the available energy saving know-how for better market penetration.
Besides, our bureau shall promote the energy saving concept among housing associations, municipal and industrial building managers and architects for wider recognition.
