Our services are fully eligible for Joint Implementation (JI) and Clean Development Mechanisms (CDM) defined as per Kyoto Protocol.
Cogeneration, as an instrument of energy efficiency, represent "the only major solution for Kyoto Protocol".
- The company was set up in 1996, it is the first Romanian ESCO type company (Energy Service Company), providing integrated energy services to clients or turn-key energy efficiency projects.
- It is independent from equipment suppliers and capital suppliers (banks, funds, etc.)
- It is totally owned by Romanian private capital.
