Energy & Facility
Today Ceresa operates in the two strategic sectors represented by the new logotype "Energy & Facility".
The energy management division, the company's traditional area of operation, offers a range of products and integrated energy services: indoor space consulting, heating management, air-conditioning, plant and infrastructural engineering and installation, technological requalification, operation and maintenance, inspection and assistance, remote operation, and sales and distribution of fuel products.
The facility management division was created in 2003 as a natural step in the evolution of energy services and heating management. After an ambitious program of company reorganisation, the new activities concentrate on the most recent sector orientations: providing integrated services – for buildings, spaces and people – aimed at optimising building plants and utilities.
