Mission

The forum aims to support the development of effective utility regulation within Africa. It will seek to do this by facilitating exchange of information and lessons of experience between regulators and by supporting capacity building efforts.

Activities

The forum exists primarily to meet the needs of African utility regulators. Participation in AFUR activities will also be open to other officials with an interest in utility regulation and, when appropriate, other stakeholders in the regulation process.
