The Institute for Sustainable Power, Inc. (ISP) is an international non-profit organization with the goals of improving the quality of renewable and sustainable energy projects, and improving the quality of workforce development for sustainable, local jobs.

Activities include the development and deployment of knowledge and skills competency standards, training content modules, training guidelines, testing standards, and third-party qualification procedures. The Institute does not provide certification to renewable energy installers or designers. It does provide accreditation to training programs and certification to master trainers and instructors who teach renewable energy practitioners.
