Mission

The company EnerSys was setup in 1994 with the goal of making an active contribution to sustainable power supply by realising wind turbine generator systems. Apart from climate and environmental protection, our highest maxim was and is to combine economy and ecology.
For most of EnerSys’ staff, some of whom have worked for the company for years, the corporate goals are identical with their own personal goals. This common drive has resulted in the formation of a closed team of well trained and motivated staff. The employees’ attachment to “their” EnerSys is often palpable, probably resulting from the open, at times amicable working climate.
EnerSys has grown with and in its employees and has established itself as one of the leading consulting engineering firms for windfarm planning in Germany, whose work is valued throughout the sector. Success, quality and status are, however transient, if they are not daily motivated and actively regained. Successes are properly celebrated at EnerSys - but the next morning we get back to work on future successes.
Our successes are also the successes of our clients - and satisfied clients make the best references. We are proud when, at the topping out ceremony for their windfarm, local authorities and land owners say: “Yes, we would plan our windfarm with EnerSys again”, when, after handing over the windfarm, investors say: “Yes, we will be realising further projects with EnerSys”.
“It must always be possible to return”, is the guiding maxim for the way we work and act at EnerSys. Whether with respect to our employees and colleagues, local authorities, investors, land owners, competitors, business partners, journalists - or our children’s children, for whom we want to leave behind an intact environment.
