   China Clean Energy, Inc. , through its wholly owned subsidiary Fujian Zhongde Technology Co. , Ltd. (?Fujian Zhongde?), is a biodiesel and specialty chemical producer operating in The People's Republic of China and selling products both domestically there and worldwide.
