Greenstone is a specialist carbon solutions company. We work in partnership with commercial and public sector organisations to enable them to measure, manage and report their carbon emissions. Greenstone’s solutions comprises of consulting advice and the provision of Acco2unt enterprise carbon management software which covers carbon emissions, energy, waste and water consumption through a SaaS (Software as a Service) model. Our central objective is to leave our clients with the necessary tools and knowledge to measure and manage their carbon emissions on an ongoing basis and report against regulatory and voluntary schemes, meet customer requirements and communicate publically. Our engagements with clients follow a three step process: i) Carbon Readiness Assessment; ii) Acco2unt implementation and iii) Carbon reduction strategy. We continue to provide technical support and our consulting team is available for specific problem solving and advice. Central to Greenstone’s proposition is its unique Acco2unt software which provides organisations with a robust enterprise carbon management and accounting solution. Acco2unt enables organisations to measure, manage, plan, store and report emissions, consumption and financial data at multiple organisational and geographic levels. An extensive list of emission sources is included in the calculation covering energy, travel and transport, ICT, waste and water. Greenstone’s extensive CO2re knowledge database applies the latest climate change impact factors according to national and international protocols e.g. GHG, Defra, CRC, Bilan Carbone, etc. Greenstone’s team of consultants constantly monitor emerging legislation and changes to methodologies and reporting regimes to ensure our clients’ calculations and reports are compliant with current guidelines and legislation.
