Their mission is to deliver innovative environmental programs and services, with a focus on household and community action.They supports member organizations in working together to achieve environmental sustainability, healthy ecosystems and communities, sustainable resource use, and reduce air-pollution and slow down climate change.

They distribute information through weekly news, regular meetings and a Forum for Green Room members. They advise individuals as well as communities on how to apply for grants, reduce their energy bills, and improve their comfort and health. They have several on-going programs from how to achieve better energy efficiency to projects in order to get people to walk more. Therefor they address health and safety issues as well take action on climate change.
